There were times when I felt extremely frustrated with the process, especially being out of state. Rachel had a calming and insightful way of assuring me that everything would be all right. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and she always responded promptly and made sure they were answered. In the end, she found the perfect home for me, which was not easy. During the home building process, Rachel stayed in constant contact with me and communicated and advocated with the builder’s representatives on my behalf.
